What do NLE/NSS mean?

Chepping View Primary Academy is a National Support School, and our Executive Principal and our Principal are both National Leaders in Education.

National Leaders in Education (NLEs) are outstanding headteachers or principals who, together with the staff in their schools, use their skills and experience to support schools in challenging circumstances. In addition to leading their own schools, NLEs work to increase the leadership capacity of other schools to help raise standards.

Chepping View staff  have supported many schools across several counties, since the academy achieved NSS status. We are currently supporting in a variety of schools.

How can Chepping View support other schools and their own pupils?

Chepping View has increased staff capacity and a larger Senior Leadership Team than most primary schools. This ensures that Chepping View pupils continue to receive excellent support and make outstanding progress, as proven in our end of KS2 results.
